Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Fresher .NET Programmers / ASP Web Developers to join our dynamic team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge web development projects and gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the latest Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Development: Assist in the design, coding, testing, and deployment of web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
- Database Management: Work with SQL Server or other databases to create, manage, and optimize data-driven applications.
- Code Maintenance: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bugs or issues in existing applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Learning & Development: Continuously improve your skills by learning new technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills:
- Programming Languages: Basic knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL Server, including writing basic queries.
- Understanding of Web Development: Awareness of web standards, responsive design, and user experience principles.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Any relevant certifications in .NET development or web technologies are a plus.
- Internship/Project Experience: Previous internships, academic projects, or personal projects related to .NET development will be advantageous.
