- Team Management: Create and adjust staff duty rosters, delegate daily cleaning tasks, and arrange shift replacements as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas to ensure they comply with strict sanitation and safety policies.
- Training & Development: Provide hands-on training to new housekeeping staff on proper commercial cleaning techniques and infection control.
- Inventory Control: Monitor supplies of cleaning products, linens, and equipment, and place orders to restock items before they run out.
- Customer Service: Address and investigate any guest or patient complaints regarding housekeeping services, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Report maintenance issues to the facility or maintenance team to ensure broken fixtures or furniture are repaired.
- Administrative Tasks: Log lost and found items, update room status reports, and prepare performance evaluations or shift reports.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
