Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to business owners, decision-makers, and company directors across India.
- Generate qualified leads for CRM software, Mobile App Development, and Custom Software Development services.
- Understand client requirements and identify business challenges.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales or technical teams.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in cold calling, telesales, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior management.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience selling IT services, CRM software, SaaS products, websites, or mobile apps will be preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of business software and technology solutions is a plus.
