Job Title: Customer Relationship & Sales Coordinator
Location: Kozhikode
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up and qualify leads from calls, social media, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company services and processes.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the technical team.
- Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups until conversion.
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction calls.
- Monitor employee checklist submissions and KPI compliance.
- Prepare daily summary reports for management.
- Coordinate with sales, projects, accounts, and procurement teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, CRM, sales coordination, or administration preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
