Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Set up, calibrate, and operate dialysis machines; initiate and terminate treatments using strict aseptic techniques, and monitor patient vitals throughout the procedure.
- NABH Compliance: Maintain meticulous, real-time medical documentation, verify patient informed consent, and adhere strictly to hospital infection control guidelines and biomedical waste disposal policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform mandatory chemical and thermal disinfection of machines between shifts and log RO water plant quality metrics daily.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
