Business Development Coordinator
Location: Mumbai (Work from Home)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact leads provided by the company and introduce our services.
- Share company profile, credentials, and relevant information with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients until the lead is converted into a business enquiry.
- Maintain records of interactions and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and follow-up on client requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong experience in corporate B2B client coordination and lead generation.
- Confident in cold calling, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM/software tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
- Prior experience in business development, tele-calling, lead generation, or client coordination roles is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
