We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, converting enquiries into admissions, and maintaining strong relationships with applicants while ensuring an excellent admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads received through various marketing channels.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions by understanding students' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Conduct campus tours and explain facilities when required.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Resolve student queries promptly and professionally.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
