Job Description
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s testing, inspection, and allied services. The role acts as a key link between customers and internal teams to ensure business conversion, smooth service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
· Meet clients, understand their requirements, and promote relevant services.
· Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations.
· Achieve sales, revenue, collection, and CRM pipeline targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
· Coordinate with lab, operations, and finance teams for smooth service delivery.
· Support market intelligence, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities.
· Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and business development MIS.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial guidelines.
Prerequisites
Qualification: Graduate in Science or related discipline. Science background preferred. Experience: 1–4 years in business development, sales, client acquisition, key account management, or similar customer-facing roles.
Must-Have Skills
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities.
· Basic understanding of laboratory testing, environmental, food, or allied services.
· Field sales orientation and willingness to travel.
· Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
