Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
- Explain product features, gold/diamond specifications, pricing, and schemes to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales support effectively.
- Maintain showroom presentation, display standards, and cleanliness.
- Support billing, stock handling, tagging, and inventory activities when required.
- Promote ongoing offers, festive campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for customer engagement activities.
- Ensure proper security and handling of high-value jewellery items.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
