Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of backend applications using Python.
- Build and optimize data-driven applications with PostgreSQL.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices for enterprise integrations.
- Support OSS/BSS platforms, network automation, and service provisioning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding best practices.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and high availability.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, partitioning, and schema design.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, SQLAlchemy/Django ORM, Git, and CI/CD.
- Telecom domain experience in OSS/BSS, Order Management, Service Provisioning, or Billing Systems.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of TM Forum (eTOM, SID, Open APIs).
- Experience with Network Inventory, Service Orchestration, 5G, Fiber, or Broadband systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ETL Pipelines, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹642,199.67 - ₹2,029,701.68 per year
