Riya Dhall is a premium fashion label known for its exquisite handwork, luxury couture, and personalized client experience. We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Store Assistant to join our growing team in Indore.
Key Responsibilities
Client Handling & Sales
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the studio/store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits and styling options.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients regarding inquiries, trials, and orders.
- Support sales targets through effective product presentation and client engagement.
Store Management
- Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and visual presentation of the store.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
- Assist in inventory management, stock tracking, and product tagging.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams regarding client orders and deliveries.
- Manage trial schedules, appointments, and customer records.
Operations & Administration
- Handle billing, order documentation, and customer databases.
- Assist in daily store operations and reporting.
- Support social media and client engagement activities when required.
- Ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience for every client.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury retail.
- Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage store operations efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Prior experience in fashion retail, boutique, luxury sales, or customer service will be preferred.
