About the Role – Marketing Operations Manager
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that shapes the future of marketing technology infrastructure and operations. You will collaborate across teams, solve complex challenges, and contribute to delivering high-impact outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
As the primary execution engine behind our marketing systems, you will own campaign execution within our marketing automation platform and ensure data flows seamlessly between marketing and sales systems. You will leverage modern automation and AI productivity tools to streamline processes, improve data hygiene, and help us identify and target our next big revenue opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Automation Program Execution: Act as the primary hands-on manager for all marketing program setups. Build smart campaigns, manage automated nurture streams, handle list segmentation, and ensure proper multi-touch marketing attribution is captured for all marketing activities.
Workflow Automation: Set up and maintain automated, intelligent process flows that connect our marketing automation platform to our CRM using integration tools and automated triggers to reduce manual work, handle data normalization, and route lead response notifications efficiently.
AI-Driven Optimization: Identify opportunities to weave AI utilities into day-to-day operations—such as utilizing AI for campaign testing, predictive segmentation, and drafting prompts to speed up campaign execution and data cleanup.
CRM Support for Marketing: Support marketing-related CRM needs by managing the synchronization between marketing and sales platforms, monitoring lead data integrity, and providing sales with the necessary context for follow-up.
Reporting & Analytics: Track marketing performance metrics and attribution models. Set up standard reports and dashboards within our CRM or BI tools to communicate campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
System Maintenance: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot technical glitches within the core marketing tech stack, ensuring standard workflows and integration triggers run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related systems role.
Marketing Automation Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience executing complex programs, utilizing tokens/templates, and building lifecycle routing logic within an enterprise-grade Marketing Automation Platform.
CRM & Data Familiarity: Understanding of CRM platforms from a marketing perspective, with experience managing lead-to-sales data flows and maintaining database hygiene.
AI Productivity & Automation: Experience using AI tools and basic automation platforms to streamline repetitive marketing ops tasks, build automated workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Onboarding: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to clearly document automated workflows and help train marketing team members on new processes.
Adaptability: Ability to stay agile, pivot quickly when marketing priorities shift, and proactively learn new AI and automation functionalities.
