Saarathee CRM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Process Trainer to join our team and drive impactful learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process and product training sessions for new hires and existing employees
- Develop training modules, SOPs, presentations, and learning materials
- Assess trainee performance through mock sessions, tests, and evaluations
- Identify training needs and work on skill enhancement plans
- Ensure smooth onboarding and process understanding for employees
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records
- Coordinate with operations and HR teams for continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in process training, preferably in BPO/Customer Service domain
- Good knowledge of training methodologies and employee engagement
- Ability to handle batches and conduct interactive sessions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service/BPO training
- Certification in training or learning & development will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana
