Job Summary
To ensure on-time resolution of escalations/incidents through efficient analysis as per the SLA and quality norms and ensure positive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management: First-level triage for ingestion failures, dashboard issues, pod/service outages; escalate to SMEs. • Request Fulfilment: Support application onboarding and basic tracing/troubleshooting. • Data & Platform Hygiene: Maintain correct trace routing, space segregation, and standard dashboards. • Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor EKS pods, application availability, and platform health. • Change Management: Assist with minor config changes and upgrades. • AIOps: Manage in-house AIOps components until SOPs/tools are matured for L2 handover.
