Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Online & Offline)Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to manage customer inquiries and coordinate the sales process. Approximately 60–70% of our sales are generated through online channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.), while the remaining 30–40% come from walk-in customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure prompt communication with customers, coordinate with the sales team, and provide a seamless customer experience from inquiry to order confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, phone calls, and email.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding product availability, pricing, customization, and order updates.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Handle walk-in customer inquiries and coordinate with the showroom sales team.
- Maintain records of customer conversations, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to provide customers with accurate delivery timelines.
- Share product images, catalogs, quotations, and payment details with customers.
- Ensure timely responses to all customer messages during working hours.
- Escalate complex customer requirements to the management when required.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries during business hours.
