Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Pitch exhibition sponsorship, exhibitor, and partnership opportunities to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and target companies.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel when required.
Preferred
- Experience in exhibitions, events, media sales, B2B sales, or sponsorship sales.
- Familiarity with lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
