Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Client Relationship Associate to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and introduce them to our products and services. The role involves interacting with leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales process through regular communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through calls and introduce company services and products
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities
- Explain ERP, CRM, and software solutions in a simple and effective manner
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication
- Schedule meetings for the business development team when required
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM or internal systems
- Build positive client relationships through professional communication
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in interacting with customers over calls
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good listening and convincing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Final-year students can apply
- Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, or sales is a plus but not mandatory
- Interest in sales, client communication, and business development
