Position: Kitchen Manager / F&B Manager
Location: Rajokri, Western Green Farms, New Delhi
Budget: Up to 12 LPA
We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager / F&B Manager to support a private household in Rajokri, New Delhi. The residence houses multiple generations of a close-knit Punjabi family, known for their love of food and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate with the in-house chef team
Plan and manage F&B menus tailored to the family’s preferences
Ensure consistent inventory and stock management while minimizing wastage
Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization within the kitchen
Supervise and keep the kitchen staff motivated and attentive to daily needs
Ensure seamless coordination for meal planning across the three-family setup
Requirements:
Prior experience managing kitchen or household operations in a private residence or luxury hospitality environment
Strong understanding of Punjabi cuisine and F&B preferences
Excellent organizational and people management skills
Proactive, flexible, and capable of adapting to a dynamic household environment
