Job Description :
* Position : Center Incharge / Center Manager / Center Counsellor
* Duty Hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm [6 days a week]
* Education : Graduates / Master Degree Holders
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi & Bengali.
2. Pleasing & Exceptional Caring Personality.
3. Language proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, English.
4. Committed & Convincing ability must.
5. We value Punctuality, Dedication and Sales Skills over Education Qualification.
6. Have the ability to handle outbound as well as inbound calls.
7. Candidate must be from in and around Bardhhaman, West Bengal.
8. Candidate must be within age bracket between 20 - 40.
9. Freshers can also apply / 12th Pass-outs / Preferably Male / Female Candidates.
10. Clarity in vision and achieving target is a mission are welcomed.
11. Salary no bar for the right candidates/ Job location is Barddhaman (West Bengal)
Detailed Job Description:
>> Conduct one-on-one and group Counselling sessions,
EDUCATE Clients on EMS & TENS technologies used in our products to give relaxation towards all kind of pain like muscle pain, knee pain, arteritis, back pain, any joint pain, foot pain, diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes neuropathy pain etc.
PRESENT the clients with the Demo of our products, extend therapy to potential customers and with utmost caring mindset, provide counselling for lifestyle-related conditions (obesity, diabetes, hypertension, stress, addiction, etc.)
PROMOTE the Hazra Healthcare products to our clients once the counselling / demo sessions are giving them certain benefits with their respective health issues.
>> Support clients in setting and achieving realistic health goals.
>> Monitor progress and maintain accurate client records.
>> Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical counselling standards.
>> Participate in health awareness programs, workshops, and outreach activities.
