Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresher Electrical Technicians to join our team. The candidate will assist in electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works under the guidance of senior engineers/technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment
- Carry out routine inspection and basic maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, and fixtures
- Support troubleshooting and fault-finding of electrical issues
- Ensure safe handling of electrical tools and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain basic records of work carried out
- Assist senior technicians during breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities
- Follow company procedures and electrical safety norms
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant trade
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and components
- Willingness to learn and work in field/site conditions
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings and layouts
- Good problem-solving and learning attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
