We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling online sales inquiries, generating leads, communicating with customers through calls/emails, and converting leads into business opportunities through platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Generate leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and online platforms
- Explain products/services to customers
- Send quotations and product details to clients
- Follow up with customers and close sales
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
- Update sales records and daily reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Experience in B2B sales or telesales preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
