Job Overview:
Pragnya Montessori School is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented School Administrator to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining school records, managing government documentation, coordinating with staff, and acting as a communication bridge between the school and parents. Strong computer skills and proficiency in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- School Records Management:
- Maintain accurate student and staff records (admissions, attendance, academic reports, etc.)
- Handle documentation for school events, meetings, and internal communications.
- Government Records & Compliance:
- Maintain and update government-mandated registers and reports.
- Assist with educational board communications, inspections, and audits.
- Parent Communication:
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding school updates, events, notices, and student concerns.
- Handle incoming queries via email, phone, and in-person professionally.
- Staff Coordination:
- Support school leadership in scheduling meetings and events.
- Coordinate staff attendance, substitute arrangements, and general communication.
- General Administration:
- Ensure smooth operation of front office and administrative tasks.
- Manage inventory and procurement of administrative supplies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in school or office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay organized.
- A warm, professional demeanor with a collaborative attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
