About the Role:
Provide service to internal and external NA clients, addressing their requirements in accordance with their needs and our policies, through the timely and accurate accounting of invoices/credit notes.
Ensure the quality of key indicators and address any specific requests regarding misunderstandings, balance discrepancies, or special support. Additionally, aim to leverage automation and process improvement to conduct them more efficiently, promoting continuous improvement.
Provide support or lead specific projects related to the area when required and manage the operational management of the assigned subprocess.

Key Responsibilties:
- Execute activities for medium and high complexity companies.
- Understand the E2E process and the impact within the same and other areas of work.
- Effectively promote the improvement of processes in the area.
- Projects: exposure to projects with complexity and/or medium/high size
- Participation and support in global community initiatives and deployment of new tools and work guidelines.
- Ensure the correct induction of new income to the team, ensuring the adequate transfer of both knowledge and work tools.
- Have an active and/or coordinating role in the team during the Audit process (internal and external)
- Have an impact on the work team from a perspective of specialization in the process / leadership-coordination of the team / leadership-coordination of projects that affect the sector.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, administration or relevant domain.
- Min 5-8 years of experience in similar field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment
- Prior exposure to chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector
- Familiarity with process excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Reporting & Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
