Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue payments.
- Educate customers about outstanding dues and available repayment options.
- Negotiate payment plans as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Update customer visit reports and collection status in the mobile application/system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collections.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and payments.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding difficult or escalated cases.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
