Job Summary:
An Electrician Helper assists licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves preparing tools and materials, supporting electrical installations, maintaining a safe work environment, and learning electrical trade skills under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Carry, organize, and prepare tools, equipment, and materials.
- Pull wires, install conduits, cable trays, and electrical fixtures.
- Help with measuring, cutting, and bending conduit.
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and company policies.
- Load and unload materials at job sites.
- Perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of a qualified electrician.
- Report damaged tools or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Support project completion within scheduled timelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School (10th/12th Pass) or ITI Electrician (Preferred).
- Basic understanding of electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in different environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
