Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years (Real Estate Sales Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into sales.
- Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and sales closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
