- Independently plan, execute, and report in vitro DMPK assays including microsomal stability, Caco-2 permeability, and plasma protein binding.
- Method Development, optimization, troubleshooting, and assay validation to support ongoing discovery projects
- Perform sample preparation and quantitative bioanalysis of in vitro study samples.
- Operate, and troubleshoot multiple UPLC and triple-quadrupole LC–MS/MS platforms
- Analyze and interpret data using GraphPad Prism or any other scientific data-processing tool
- Review assay results and raw data for scientific soundness and data integrity
- Investigate root cause and implement corrective action.
- Prepare, review, and present comprehensive study reports, SOPs, and technical presentations for internal team discussions.
- Maintain complete laboratory documentation in line regulatory compliance.
- Conduct literature searches to gather scientific intelligence and updates.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
