Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor – Civil with strong experience in residential construction to oversee daily site activities, manage manpower, and ensure quality and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Manage labor allocation and productivity
- Maintain site records and report progress to management
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in construction (residential preferred)
- Strong supervision and manpower handling skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
