Salary: 8K to 18K
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle student counselling and explain IT training programs effectively.
- Convert interested IT students into successful enrollments.
- Maintain strong and regular follow-ups with leads and candidates.
- Guide students regarding career opportunities in IT.
- Coordinate with the HR and training team for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong communication and relationships with students.
- Build and maintain tie-ups with colleges and institutes.
- Coordinate with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and college management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students and colleges.
- Organize campus drives, seminars, workshops, and placement activities.
- Guide students regarding IT technologies, internships, and career opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT courses/training programs.
- Ability to handle multiple student inquiries.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Experience in counseling, HR coordination, or education sales is preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Experience in IT training institute or educational counseling will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
