Job Summary
We are looking for a Flight Test Pilot / FT Intern to support drone flight testing activities for agricultural spraying
drones. The candidate will assist in pre-flight checks, flight testing, field trials, issue reporting, and basic operational
validation of drones before deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks of agricultural spraying drones.
Support flight testing activities as per test plans and safety procedures.
Assist in checking drone performance, stability, GPS accuracy, spraying operation, RTL, mission execution, and
failsafe behavior.
Conduct basic troubleshooting during field testing.
Record test observations, issues, logs, and field feedback.
Coordinate with the integration, software, QC, and operations teams for issue reporting and closure.
Follow all safety guidelines during flight testing and ground handling.
Support drone readiness checks before dispatch or customer deployment.
Maintain proper documentation of test results and flight clearance status.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of drone operation and safety.
Interest in UAVs, agriculture drones, and field testing.
Ability to work in outdoor field conditions.
Good observation and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of GPS, battery, payload, spraying system, and mission planning is preferred.
Willingness to travel for field trials if required.
Qualification
Diploma / ITI / Engineering graduate or pursuing graduation in Mechanical, Electronics, Aeronautical, Agriculture, or
related field.
Drone piloting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidate should be able to commit to staying with GA for a minimum of 1 year.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Drone Pilot Trainer to conduct training sessions for internal teams, field pilots, and
customer/operator teams for agricultural spraying drone operations. The candidate should be ready for travel,
deployment, staying at different locations, preparing training-related documents, and scheduling training plans for
customers. The candidate should have hands-on drone piloting experience and the ability to explain drone operation,
safety procedures, mission planning, and field handling in a simple and practical manner.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for drone pilots and field operation teams.
Train candidates on agricultural spraying drone operation, mission planning, pre-flight checks, post-flight checks, and
field safety.
Explain drone components, battery handling, payload filling, spraying system operation, calibration, and emergency
procedures.
Demonstrate manual and autonomous flight operations.
Train pilots on safe take-off, landing, RTL, mission pause/resume, obstacle handling, and failsafe response.
Evaluate trainees through practical flying and basic assessment.
Prepare and maintain training records, attendance, training documents, and assessment reports.
Prepare customer training schedules and training plans as per deployment requirements.
Support field demonstrations, customer trials, and demo-related activities when required.
Support customer drone repair, service coordination, and basic troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate with FT, operations, service, and customer support teams for training-related improvements.
Ensure all trainees follow DGCA/company safety guidelines and SOPs.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of drone piloting experience.
Good practical knowledge of drone flying and field operations.
Ability to train and explain concepts clearly.
Knowledge of agricultural spraying drone operation is preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in field conditions, travel for training programs, and stay at different locations based on deployment
needs.
Basic troubleshooting and customer drone service knowledge is preferred.
Ability to handle customer demos, trials, and field training activities.
Languages known: Hindi, English, Telugu, and Tamil.
Qualification

Certified drone pilot is preferred.
Experience in agricultural drone operations will be an added advantage.
