Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Non-Voice Process)
Location: Ajabpur, Dehradun
Shift: Night Shift
Time: 5:30 pm to 3 AM
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Freshers welcome
- Candidates pursuing graduation can also apply
Requirements:
- Good English understanding
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat/email (non-voice process)
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Ensure quality support and customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
