Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete patient journey from consultation to treatment completion
- Ensure timely follow-ups and improve patient conversion rates
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in CRM/DMS systems
- Track diagnostics, lab work, and treatment timelines
- Supervise clinic staff and ensure daily operational compliance
- Monitor attendance and staff performance using HR tools
- Ensure clinic hygiene, equipment upkeep, and smooth daily operations
- Coordinate with central teams for inventory, consultants, and marketing support
