Job Description:
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as policies, compensation, benefits, HR practices and Strategies, etc.
Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for staffing, performance evaluation, training and development etc.
Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
Develop strategies to hire, retain, build and scale up the team independently
Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
Serve as the point of contact for all employee related matters
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics
Must have experience into OKR
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in human resources with minimum 12 years of experience in Human resource
Proven experience as Senior Manager HR / Head HR Smart, result-orientated, energetic, positive attitude with the exceptional communication, negotiating skills and interpersonal skills
Complete understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
Motivate and lead the team with exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of employment/ labour laws /Statutory compliances
