Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, and expense reports, into the company’s accounting ledger.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process vendor invoices, prepare bills for clients, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconciliation: Match bank statements and general ledgers to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Petty Cash & Payroll: Manage petty cash funds and assist with payroll processing by verifying hours and deductions.
- Financial Reporting: Assist senior accounting staff with compiling data for balance sheets, income statements, and budget forecasts.
- Compliance: Help prepare and file basic tax returns and ensure all financial practices align with company policies and government regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
