Job description:
We, EDUBEX is an EdTech organization providing online programs to international learners. We are looking for a dedicated Academic Administrator to support our Academic Department and closely assist the Academic Manager in day-to-day academic operations.
This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with mentors, learners, and internal academic teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with mentors regarding learner-related academic matters
- Handle academic documentation of learners (records, submissions, certifications, etc.)
- Maintain and update LMS portals (uploading materials, tracking progress, managing documents)
- Manage student registrations and enrolments.
- Handle the student registration process in compliance with the awarding body.
- Coordinate the assessment submissions.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines of awarding bodies
- Prepare academic reports and performance summaries.
- Maintain attendance records and academic progression data.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Education background preferred)
- Prior experience in EdTech / Academic Coordination / LMS handling is an advantage
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, LMS tools)
