Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Key Account and Sales Manager to manage and develop the key customer accounts of our Pune branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain assigned Key Account customers for the Pune branch.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to increase business from existing customers.
- Acquire new Key Accounts and support business growth.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service-related issues.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure service excellence.
- Review customer performance periodically and conduct regular business reviews.
- Ensure timely collections and monitor outstanding receivables.
- Prepare and submit customer MIS and performance reports.
- Achieve assigned revenue and Gross Profit (GP) targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of all Freight Forwarding products (Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Warehousing & Contract Logistics).
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
- Experience in handling Key Accounts and Corporate Customers.
- Good understanding of pricing, operations, and customer service.
Pay: ₹324,409.89 - ₹936,147.96 per year
