Job Summary
Rajsha Chemical is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QC Chemist to join the Quality Control team. The candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess knowledge of laboratory instruments and quality testing procedures to ensure products meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Operate and maintain instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Karl Fischer (KF), IR Spectrophotometer, and Viscometer.
Prepare and standardize *reagents* , solutions, and laboratory chemicals.
Record test results accurately and maintain QC documentation.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, GLP, and safety guidelines.
Assist in calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and report deviations.
Coordinate with Production and QA departments for quality-related activities.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure proper handling of chemicals.
Required Skills
Hands-on knowledge of QC laboratory instruments.
Good understanding of analytical testing methods.
Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and laboratory documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
Candidate Profile
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry.
2–3 years of QC experience in a manufacturing company.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
