Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and test next-generation drone hardware, software, and integrated systems.
* Integrate advanced flight control systems, navigation modules, and specialized payloads.
* Perform detailed assembly, calibration, and performance optimization of drone platforms.
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to drone electronics, propulsion, and control systems.
* Research and evaluate new technologies and components to enhance drone capabilities and reliability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., software, manufacturing, operations) to ensure seamless product development.
* Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and engineering manuals.
* Provide expert-level technical support and advanced troubleshooting for complex client requirements.
* Participate in field testing and critical deployments, occasionally requiring travel across India.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in the design, development, or system integration of unmanned aerial vehicles.
* Strong background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, Robotics).
* Proficiency in drone assembly, testing methodologies, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
* Familiarity with flight control principles, sensor integration, and communication protocols.
* Ability to analyze complex data and implement robust engineering solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* A valid drone pilot license is a plus, particularly for flight testing and validation.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
