Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have delivered production-grade AI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent architectures, with strong experience in Python, RAG, orchestration frameworks, cloud deployment, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
- Architect and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Build enterprise-grade AI applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector search, memory, tool usage, planning, guardrails, and HITL workflows
- Develop scalable AI APIs and orchestration services using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming patterns
- Define evaluation frameworks for LLM and agent-based solutions, including quality, reliability, safety, and performance
- Design secure enterprise integration patterns with systems such as Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, Salesforce, and other business platforms
- Lead cloud deployment and productionization of AI workloads on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Implement secure credential management, managed identities, RBAC, observability, and production monitoring
- Guide development teams on AI architecture, technical standards, design decisions, and best practices
- Evaluate when to use deterministic workflow logic versus LLM-based decision-making
- Drive solutions from architecture and development through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall technology experience
- Strong hands-on experience delivering GenAI / Agentic AI solutions
- Proven experience shipping production-grade LLM applications, not only POCs
- Strong experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent LLM platforms
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI
- Experience with asynchronous application development and orchestration
- Strong hands-on experience with RAG architectures and prompt engineering
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector, or similar
- Experience designing LLM evaluations, guardrails, observability, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows
- Strong understanding of multi-agent architecture, including memory, planning, tool use, routing, and agent coordination
- Ability to explain architectural trade-offs between deterministic workflows and LLM-driven reasoning
Cloud & Enterprise Deployment Skills
- Hands-on experience with Azure, including services such as:
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure Container Apps
- Azure Blob Storage
- Azure Key Vault
- Entra ID / RBAC
- Equivalent hands-on AWS or GCP experience can also be considered
- Strong understanding of managed identity, secure credential management, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs
- Exposure to n8n or similar workflow automation tools is an added advantage
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on AI engineering capability with technical leadership, and should be comfortable designing complex agentic architectures while also contributing directly to implementation and production delivery.
Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
