We are now looking for a confident, engaging, and professional Business Video Presenter to become the face of our digital content.

About the Role
As our Business Video Presenter, you will create engaging and informative videos showcasing businesses for sale, market insights, buyer education, and industry updates. You will represent the Manan Business Sales brand across social media platforms and help build trust with our audience.
Training will be provided on our presentation style, business analysis, and how to effectively communicate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present business listings professionally in front of the camera.
- Create a minimum of 10 high-quality videos per week.
- Explain business opportunities in a simple, engaging, and professional manner.
- Present videos using a green screen setup where required.
- Research and understand each business before recording.
- Analyse competitor businesses and present key selling points.
- Explain financial highlights such as revenue, profit, and business potential.
- Understand and communicate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements at a basic to intermediate level.
- Present content in both English and Hindi.
- Represent the Manan Business Sales brand professionally across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve content quality and consistency.
- Maintain high presentation standards, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Confident, energetic, and camera-friendly personality.
- Presentable appearance with strong professional grooming.
- Experience creating video content for social media platforms.
- Comfortable speaking naturally without sounding scripted.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to understand business concepts quickly.
- Basic understanding of business financials, including Profit & Loss statements.
- Good knowledge of the Australian business market (particularly Melbourne) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong research and competitor analysis skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Technical Requirements
- High-quality camera (DSLR or modern smartphone capable of HD/4K recording).
- Good microphone with clear audio.
- Professional lighting setup.
- Green screen setup.
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet recording environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a content creator, influencer, presenter, anchor, or host.
- Background in business, real estate, finance, sales, or marketing.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, or similar content.
- Basic understanding of Australian businesses or commercial real estate is an advantage.
KPIs
- Produce a minimum of 10 professional videos per week.
- Maintain high presentation quality and brand consistency.
- Deliver videos on schedule.
- Continuously improve content quality through competitor analysis and audience engagement.
- Accurately communicate business information with minimal revisions.
