At R3, we are building the on-ramp for the next trillion dollars of assets to move on-chain, bridging the worlds of traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi). We are launching institutional-grade RWA yield vaults, fully composable and integrated into Solana DeFi. We are also the producers of Corda, the enterprise-grade distributed ledger platform trusted by regulated financial institutions globally, built for the constraints of regulated finance: permissioned networks, deterministic consensus, and privacy by design.
This particular role sits on the Corda side of our mission, specifically within our project team working on Corda 4. You'll be building and maintaining production-grade software that regulated financial institutions rely on daily. We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Software Engineer who's eager to learn and get hands-on with a different class of engineering problem, one built on distributed systems and deterministic finality, with reliability requirements at a scale you won't find in a typical web stack. You'll work closely with experienced engineers, participate in the full software development cycle, and get direct exposure to how financial institutions actually run DLT in production.
