Position Summary:At Usha Fire Safety, your main duty as a QFT - Quotation Follow-up Team is to work with the business development team to increase the company's customer base and generate income. As a customer-focused and collaborative team player, you will actively contribute to the company's overall success in the marketing and service-based industry.
Key responsibilities:
1. Quotation followup (Telecalling): Place outbound calls to the clients where the proposal is already submitted and identify the status.
2. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Tele-calling activities, including status, lead details, customer interactions, and feedback.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers through telephonic communication to understand their needs, address queries, and offer support. Email to be triggered for all the outbound calls clients requesting for the proposal status marking cc to the BDE, Branch Head and the Director
4. Escalations: Proper escalations to be initiated with the Management concerning any negative feedback from clients..
5. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and arranging product demonstrations ( virtual and direct ) as required.
6. Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects to introduce Usha Fire Safety's products and services and generate leads.
7. Meetings and Presentation: Organize meetings with the Business Development Team and the Management team to share relevant information regarding the business performance and the status of prospects
8. Due date maintenance: To ensure regular connectivity with clients to remind them of the due dates for the products supplied by Usha Fire Safety
