We are seeking Senior MEP Engineer for Nanded City, situated at Sinhgad Road. The Sr.MEP Engineer will be responsible for operation, maintenance and optimization of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems in the residential township - Nanded City. The role ensures uninterrupted utility services , energy efficiency , regulatory compliance and cost control across residential blocks, common areas, STP, WTP , DG sets and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day to day functioning of LT/HT panels, transformers, DG Sets, elevators, pumps, fire pumps, HVAC, STP, WTP and solar systems.
2. Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of all MEP assets as per OEM guidelines.
3. Ensure 24*7 availability of power, water , sewage treatment and firefighting systems with zero downtime during peak load.
4. Monitor power consumption, water usage and fuel consumption . Prepare monthly utility reports.
5. Identify and implement energy saving initiatives : PF correction, LED retrofits, VFD installation, load balancing
6.Control AMC/ Vendor costs and optimize material / consumable inventory for MEP spares.
7. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements : Conduct period electrical safety audits, insulation tests, earthing tests and thermography.
8. Lead MEP Team
9. Handle technical complaints from residents , related to power fluctuations , lift issues , solar and fire fighting.
Education : BE / B. Tech in Electrical / Mechanical , MEP certification
Experience : 20 + years of experience in MEP operations of Townships . Minimum 5 years of experience in senior role
Technical Skills : Strong Knowledge of HT/LT sytems, transformers, DG synchronisation , fire pumps, SPT processes and BMS
Familiar with NBC, IS Codes, Electricity Act and local Fire/ MPCB norms
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
