Role Overview
Siddhas Trust is seeking highly motivated Strategic Partnerships & Funding Managers to drive resource mobilization, institutional collaborations, and funding growth for the Trust. The primary responsibility of this role is to secure financial support and build long-term strategic partnerships that advance the Trust's mission and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Secure funding for Siddhas Trust through:
- CSR Partnerships & Funding
- Government Grants
- Foundation Grants
- Crowdfunding Campaigns
- Public & Private Donations
- Institutional Partnerships
- Philanthropic Organizations
- Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorships
- Identify funding opportunities and prepare grant applications, proposals, and partnership pitches.
- Build, nurture, and manage relationships with CSR teams, corporate leaders, donors, foundations, and government agencies.
- Develop strategic alliances with organizations that can support Siddhas Trust financially or through resources and expertise.
- Register and manage the Trust's presence on funding, CSR, and grant portals.
- Represent Siddhas Trust in networking events, partnership discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in fundraising, CSR engagement, business development, strategic partnerships, donor relations, grant writing, or resource mobilization preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and proposal-writing skills.
- Ability to independently identify and close partnership and funding opportunities.
Performance Expectation
The primary KPI for this role is the total funding and strategic value secured for Siddhas Trust through partnerships, grants, donations, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Compensation (As per experience and performance)
100% Performance-Based.
Compensation, incentives, consultancy fees, commissions, or success fees will be directly linked to the funding, sponsorships, grants, and strategic partnerships successfully secured for the Trust.
