Key Responsibilities:
Event Production & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing production requirements for events.
- Coordinate event setup, rehearsals, live show execution, and dismantling activities.
- Ensure all production elements are delivered on time and as per approved plans.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for sound, lighting, LED walls, fabrication, staging, and other event requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, work orders, deliveries, and installations.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
Site Management
- Conduct venue recce and assess production requirements.
- Supervise stage setup, branding installations, trussing, audio-visual equipment, and fabrication work.
- Monitor on-site activities and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Logistics Coordination
- Manage transportation and movement of event materials and equipment.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and resource allocation at event sites.
- Ensure timely loading, unloading, and inventory tracking.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain production schedules, checklists, and vendor records.
- Prepare event execution reports and production summaries.
- Support budget tracking and expense documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
