The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while overseeing the implementation process from inception to completion. The role also includes troubleshooting challenges that arise during development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that align with organizational goals.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data quality and system performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
