Responsibilities :
Atleast 5+ yrs exp required in HR operations and recruitment
Must have experience in greivance handling, performance appraisal,giving feedback to employees, employee engagement.
Experience in various job portal , headhunting on linkedin
Must have experience in HRMS tools like Keka, greytHR, etc.
