Role: Business Development Executive
Experience Required: 6 Months to 2 Year
Location: Indore or near by candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, emails, bidding platforms, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term success.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and communications.
- Work closely with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- CRM experience and experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
- Demonstrated sales success is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Quick learner with a strong interest in business growth and client acquisition.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with platforms/tools such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, etc.
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and online service marketplaces.
- Knowledge of cloud/big data tech stacks is a plus.
