About the Role:
Kybrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience handling immigration processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients throughout their visa and immigration journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding immigration procedures, visa options, and eligibility.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Collect, review, and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit visa applications while ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding application status.
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing.
- Maintain accurate records and client documentation in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the application process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of immigration and visa processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
- Good documentation and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling Canada, Australia, UK, USA, or Schengen visa applications.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Sales or counseling experience will be an added advantage.
