Are you passionate about interior design, client relationships, and business growth? We're looking for a dynamic Business Design Manager to bridge creativity and sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
Meet and understand client requirements for residential and commercial interior projects.
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and project proposals.
Manage client relationships from initial consultation to project handover.
Drive business growth by converting leads into successful projects.
Prepare project estimates, quotations, and coordinate BOQs with the design team.
Coordinate with designers, site teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for upselling and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in interior design, business development, or project management.
Strong understanding of residential interior design and execution processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
Salary & Benefits
₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month (Based on experience)
